    1. Responsible for the market expansion of domestic ODM & OEM business by acquiring customers, negotiating, cooperating, and maintaining close relationships with customers; 2. Active and professional relationship management to ensure service-oriented and sustainable customer relationships; 3. Planning of customer budgets and implementation of balance collecting; 4. Detailed monitoring, collecting, sorting, analysis and reporting of market dynamics and competitors;

Global Sales

    1. Responsible for global ODM & OEM business development by acquiring customers, negotiating, cooperating, and maintaining close relationships with customers; 2. Quotation and follow-up according to customer needs including consultation, negotiation, project establishment and signing of contracts; 3. Planning of customer budgets and implementation of balance collecting; 4. Detailed monitoring, collecting, sorting, analysis and reporting of market dynamics and competitors;

Overseas Social Media Marketing Coordinator

    1. Responsible for overseas brand marketing including the daily operation, promotion and maintenance of accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube; 2. Deep insight of major social media, forums, blogs, and video websites to develop and maintain Influencers cooperation, expand influencer resources, and plan brand online marketing activities; 3. In-depth communication with other departments on media promotion, operations, and products, and mobilization of relevant resources to promote the implementation of the project and achieve the goal; 4. Enhance brand reputation and popularity;

HRBP

    1. Cooperate with business partners and provide human resources professional support for the development of business departments; 2. Promote internal and external collaboration within the organization, guarantee team effectiveness and stimulate the potential of employees; 3. Responsible for the implementation of performance and salary management policy, and optimization of payroll systems; 4. Promote the implementation of training projects; 5. Coordinate the personnel issues, including labor disputes, collective labor incidents, etc., to establish a positive and harmonious labor relationship; 6. Lead and develop the corporate culture by assisting business department managers to improve team cohesion;

Legal Manager

    1. Participate in the management of consultation, negotiation, arbitration, litigation and other legal disputes; 2. Provide legal assitance on legal issues in various projects of the company, or draft relevant legal documents in projects as needed; 3. Responsible for legal consultation and legal risk prevention of various departments; 4. Responsible for the legal knowledge training of various departments, and strengthen the risk prevention of various departments; 5. Responsible for contract management including reviewing, modifying, filing and auditing contracts; 6. Responsible for legal risk defense in foreign trade, labor relations, cooperation and investment;

Supply Chain & Logistics

Overseas Logistics Coordinator

    1. Responsible for the overseas logistics, including the booking planning, confirmation and arrangement on air, sea and railway, etc. ; 2. Follow up the progress of the stocking and loading, and deal with the customs declaration, customs clearance, and export drawback, etc.; 3. Track of export goods in transit, and timely feedback and solution against various abnormal problems; 4. Responsible for the verification of relevant shipping documents and the application for logistics fees;

Purchasing Supervisor

    1. Responsible for the development of new suppliers, as well as following up and maintaining excellent relations on exists; 2. Responsible for the management, collecting and analysis of supplier resource, to formulate effective procurement strategies and establish stable supply channels; 3. Control market prices and technical information, and continuously assist in developing new products and technologies; 4. Collect performance and quality information of used products;

Engineering & Manufacturing

PU Foaming Technician

    1. Collect competitive products and according business models, then analyzing and reporting; 2. Carry out the preliminary investigation and feasibility study analysis of new products; 3. Assist the team in coordinating during the product development process, such as demand discussion, data collection, sorting, analysis, and output; 4. Timely track of the progress of product development, and of the follow-up of new products trials;

Mechanical Drawing Engineer

    1. Responsible for surveying and mapping of vulnerable parts of equipment; 2. Responsible for the design of machining center accessories, equipment upgrades and renovation projects;
